- White Glove Delivery within 8-10 weeks.
- You will be contacted the week prior to the arrival of the carrier to your area to arrange the delivery on a day that suits your schedule.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, and you will be provided a 4-5 hour window of availability.
- We hand-deliver and set up your mattress in the room and on the bed base/frame of your choice. Our experts will ensure it is placed exactly where you want it.
- If you would like your old mattress and/or base removed, our carriers are happy to do so with advance notice. Please let our Concierge Service know directly when you place the order. We will communicate this request to the delivery agent directly. Available exclusively for deliveries made to France.
